We’re a small, soulful business and each item is created and packaged with care and intention. As such, we do not offer returns for change of mind, so please choose thoughtfully.
If you believe your item has arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include the following details:

A brief description of the issue.

Clear photos of the item and packaging.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must:
• Be unused and in its original condition
• Include all original packaging - this means the box, tissue paper, affirmation card and magnet.
• Be returned within 14 days of receiving approval.
Please note:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the item.
